How to use it

Write the overall goals, then the sub-goals beneath them, then the programs that deliver them.

Link every program to its sub-goal — that link is what makes the plan trackable rather than just a list.

Set each program's status and priority, and add its attachments and notes.

Assign evaluators to programs, and follow their comments and scores on the same board.
