The evaluation and planning cycle
Foundational data and analysis
School data, diagnosis, self-evaluation, national tests, SWOT analysis, and the vision and mission.
How to use it
-
1
Start with the school data: name, stage, and the basics that later appear in the report letterhead.
-
2
Record the diagnosis, the self-evaluation results and the national test results, each in its own section.
-
3
Run a SWOT analysis: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. You can start from a template and edit it.
-
4
Write the vision, mission, values and priorities — the reference the plan's goals are built on.
-
5
Arrange the screen's sections to suit you, and export the report as a PDF once it is complete.
This screen needs an account because it shows your school's data; we will bring you straight back to it after you sign in.
