The cycle progress screen, from which the six instruments open: readiness, surveys, document analysis, classroom observation, environment observation and interviews.
How to use it

Start with التمهيد — the readiness form and the school's own data. The delivery phase starts with it; the other instruments open with the cycle, not with it.

Form the evaluation team, set its members and their roles, then approve the team plan.

Run the instruments in the approved order; the screen shows the completion rate and the next instrument due.

Close the cycle once all six instruments are complete, then start the next cycle from the same screen.

Closed cycles stay available for reference and for comparing their results with the current cycle.
