What is Farqad, and what does it do?
Farqad is a platform for school self-evaluation. It measures a school's performance across the four domains — school management, teaching and learning, learning outcomes, and the school environment — keeps the evidence for every indicator, and the improvement plan is built on it.
What are the four evaluation domains?
They are: (1) school management — leadership and planning, (2) teaching and learning — classroom practice, (3) learning outcomes — attainment and personal growth, (4) the school environment — the building, safety and security.
Does the platform handle both Hijri and Gregorian dates?
Yes. You can enter and read dates in both calendars side by side, which is what Saudi schools need.
How does Farqad handle evidence?
You upload the evidence — a photo or a document — and tie it to its domain, its indicator and its period, so its source stays visible when you file or review it.
Can the platform produce reports and certificates?
Yes. PDF reports for the self-evaluation, the improvement plans and the evaluation team's work plan, and electronic honour certificates for students, teachers, parents and the community, carrying the school's stamp and signature.
