Operational records
Meetings
Scheduling meetings, recording minutes and recommendations, and following them up.
How to use it
-
1
Create the meeting with its time, subject and attendee list.
-
2
Record the minutes and recommendations during the meeting or straight after it.
-
3
Request the attendees' signatures on the minutes from inside the record, and remind whoever is late.
-
4
Refer the recommendation to whoever will carry it out, so it reaches them in administrative communications.
What operational records have in common
- Archiving and moving to trash, and undoing either.
- Sharing: setting the access level and who may view it, or publishing the record school-wide.
- Referring to a colleague, replying and closing it; the referral arrives in administrative communications.
- Requesting a signature on the record, with reminders, and the option to decline.
- Exporting to PDF with a print preview, letterhead and logo, or sending it by email.
This screen needs an account because it shows your school's data; we will bring you straight back to it after you sign in.
