Operational records

Meetings

Scheduling meetings, recording minutes and recommendations, and following them up.

How to use it

  1. 1

Create the meeting with its time, subject and attendee list.

  2. 2

Record the minutes and recommendations during the meeting or straight after it.

  3. 3

Request the attendees' signatures on the minutes from inside the record, and remind whoever is late.

  4. 4

Refer the recommendation to whoever will carry it out, so it reaches them in administrative communications.

What operational records have in common

  • Archiving and moving to trash, and undoing either.
  • Sharing: setting the access level and who may view it, or publishing the record school-wide.
  • Referring to a colleague, replying and closing it; the referral arrives in administrative communications.
  • Requesting a signature on the record, with reminders, and the option to decline.
  • Exporting to PDF with a print preview, letterhead and logo, or sending it by email.
