The closing phase of self-evaluation, and the one most exposed to being cut short. This track covers the five closing steps, the qualities of the improvement plan, the wording of its goals, the programmes and initiatives and the procedures that deliver them, follow-up and documentation, and the components of the self-evaluation file that holds all of it.

By the end of this track you will be able to…

  • Carry out the five closing steps in order without dropping one
  • Judge an improvement plan: does it carry its essential qualities or not
  • Build a programme carrying an owner, a timeframe, a target group and a performance indicator
  • Assemble the self-evaluation file in full, ready for the next cycle

Lesson 1

The closing phase: five steps

The third and final phase, and its steps run in sequence: the plan is not built before the data is confirmed complete, and it is not uploaded before it is built.

  • Entering the data and information into the digital platform
  • Storing and classifying the documents, records and evidence in the self-evaluation file
  • Verifying that the data is complete, then closing the self-evaluation instruments on the platform
  • Building the improvement plan in light of the results
  • Uploading the improvement plan to the digital platform
