The last phase of self-evaluation, and the one most often cut short. This track covers the five closing steps, the qualities of an improvement plan, how its goals are built, the programmes and initiatives that deliver it, follow-up and documentation, and the components of the self-evaluation file where all of it is kept.

The closing phase: five steps

The third and final phase, and its steps run in sequence: the plan is not built before the data is confirmed complete, and it is not uploaded before it is built.

Entering the data and information into the digital platform

Confirming the data is complete and closing the instruments on the platform
Building the improvement plan in light of the results
